Job Description

The Customer Relations Specialist is an integral part of the NSC Marketing department, repsonsible for maintaining positive relationships with current and past customers to ensure a high degree of satisfaction and trust between our brand and our consumers.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Maintain and update an accurate database of all NSC customers.
  • Communicate with NSC customers to ensure that our company has met expectations and followed through with promises of quality service.
  • Facilitate communications between Marketing Director and Field Operations Manager as the liason between brand and consumer.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel
