Job Description

The Customer Relations Specialist is an integral part of the NSC Marketing department, repsonsible for maintaining positive relationships with current and past customers to ensure a high degree of satisfaction and trust between our brand and our consumers.

Key Reponsibilities

Maintain and update an accurate database of all NSC customers.
Communicate with NSC customers to ensure that our company has met expectations and followed through with promises of quality service.
Facilitate communications between Marketing Director and Field Operations Manager as the liason between brand and consumer.

Requirements & Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent
Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel
