Job Description

The Field Service Representative are the touch-point of NSC-to-consumer operations. Duties include installation and repair of residential and commercial construction units — roofing, windows, decks, etc. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, time management skills, and an effective ability to communicate to our customers.

Key Reponsibilities

Installation and repair of building structures.
Communicate with NSC customers on behalf of our brand.
Reports to Regional Field Service Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent
Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual team environment
Ability to persevere with manual labor tasks in all weather types
