Job Description

The Inventory Specialist is repsonsible for developing and maintaining accurate records of inventory of company-to-consumer materials. The individual in this role will serve as the point position for communications between Accounting and Field Operations departments.

Key Reponsibilities

Build, track, and maintain inventory for all consumer construction materials.
Effectively communicate to Accounting Manager and Field Operations Representatives regarding materials availability, delivery logistics, and asset budgets.

Requirements & Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent
1—3 years experience in inventory management or logistics
Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual team environment
Capacity for critical thinking and conceptual planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Access, and Excel
