Far and away the most professional and friendly group I've used for home improvements. There was an initial mixup in the delivery of correct materials which delayed the originally agreed start date, but they were able to sort it out without headache and they ended up giving me a fair discount to compensate for the delay.

Best prices on energy efficient windows and installation I could find and they performed the job quickly with smiles on their faces at the door.

Definitely the most pleasant and trustworthy contractor with whom we've worked. The final cost of the roof repair was a bit higher than what was originally estimated, but it was no fault of the estimator since there were damages to the foundation below the shingles. Thanks again guys, you rock!.

Needed deck restored and repaired on our 40 year old property and gave North Star a chance at the recommendation of a friend and we're glad we did. The finished deck turned out better than what we even had in mind to begin with. The only negative I could bring up is that there seemed to be confusion in delivering my initial bid with me and another one of their customers with the same last name. I almost went with another company because the quote was just way too high, but after they explained the situation everything was smooth and pleasant for the rest of the project.

Had some damage after the storm winds knocked a branch into our side paneling. The quote they provided was the lowest of all contractors we talked to and the staff there seemed genuinely happy to answer our questions and get back to us in a timely manner.

Don't hesitate to give Russ a call. This is the second time we've hired him (first time was for putting in a new deck in the back) and I he'll be the first one I call when I need more done.

My husband and I are both very satisfied with how everything turned out. We'll totally be willing to recommend your services to anybody who asks in the future.

I'd give 20 stars if that were an option. Every staff member we met, from the office manager to the installation technician, was professional and friendly.

I'm happy with the results. You usually go into projects like these knowing that there will eventually be problems along the way, and so when there was a staff change mid-project I wasn't upset - and it's not like it was the fault of the owner.

Russ came through on his promise to deliver a top quality job for the lowest price I could find for re-painting the trim and shutters on my home.

Definitely impressed with the speed they work at. Even in returning the first phone call to the time it took to actually paint the area it was done even faster than I had thought it would be. Very satisfied and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Every contractor says they do it better and cheaper than all the others, but you guys happen to be the company that isn't exaggerating. And you do it without sacrificing quality of your customer service. Great job, I'm impressed.

I met Russ and his team through our general contractor during the inital construction of our home. When it came to find a gutter cleaning company, they were the first and only ones I called.
